Innocent smile!

A little girl smiles at the camera.

Guava!
You can see and try this kind of guava in the countryside of Cambodia. Usually the local guava is small (as in the picture), and taste good.

I ate all these guavas in 5 minutes! Takeo province, Cambodia.

A brick factory worker!

This boy works at the brick factory to help his parents to repay the debt. He is now carrying the clay on the shoulder; he works hard every day. His family and himself stay in the brick factory since they don't have a house.
This is a real life of a boy and his family in Battambang province, Cambodia.

Preah Ang Dong Keu

Preah Ang Dong Keu statue is located in front of the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh City, Cambodia.
Most of Cambodian Buddhists have a strong belief with Preah Ang Dong Keu, and they believed that every time they came to pray at Preah Ang Dong Keu, they felt good and hope to be safe and happiness come to their lives.
I was trying to light the candle at Preah Ang Dong Keu while I was taking this picture (via phone), and I burned my thumb.
Lighting a candle, Cambodian Buddhists believe that there will be light to bright their long way of lives and to help them see things in the right way, avoiding bad luck.
There are a lot of Cambodian Buddhists come to pray at Preah Ang Dong Keu on a Holy Day.
This statue is called, "Preah Ang Dong Keu". The word "Preah" in Khmer, it means God; "Ang" means only one; and " Dong Keu" is the name of the person. I was told by an elder at that Preah Ang Dong Keu area.
The entrance to Preah Ang Dong Keu, if you wish to go and pray there, make sure that you don't get your skin (especially arms) burned by incense sticks. It's really crowded on Holy Day because it's believed that their prayers will come true.
